Submission Guidelines

General Information
Online Submission

Manuscripts must be submitted electronically via the journal’s online submission system. Each submission should include the following essential information:

  • Title of the article
  • Full names of all authors
  • Institutional affiliations of all authors
  • Valid e-mail addresses for all authors, with the corresponding author clearly designated.
Copyright and Publication Ethics

Submission of a manuscript constitutes a declaration by the author(s) that:

  1. Originality: The manuscript is original and has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  2. Exclusive Submission: The manuscript is not being simultaneously submitted to another journal.
  3. Copyright Transfer: Upon acceptance, the authors agree to transfer copyright of the article to the publisher.
  4. Ethical Compliance: The submission adheres to ethical guidelines, including the avoidance of plagiarism, duplicate publication, and improper authorship practices.

Authors are advised to ensure that their manuscript strictly follows the journal’s formatting and submission requirements to avoid delays in the review and publication process.

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
Formatting Requirements
  • File Format: Manuscripts must be prepared in LaTeX.
  • Margins: 2 cm on all sides.
  • Font Size: Main text should be set in 12-point font.
  • Equations: All displayed equations must be centered and numbered consecutively.
Manuscript Structure

Each submission should be clearly organized into the following sections:

  • Title Page:
    Includes the title of the paper, names of all authors, their affiliations, and the corresponding author’s full contact details (email, mailing address).
  • Abstract:
    A concise summary of the research, limited to 250 words. It should briefly state the problem, methodology, main results, and conclusion.
  • Keywords:
    3–6 relevant keywords should be provided immediately after the abstract.
  • Introduction:
    Clearly state the research question, its context, and the significance of the study. This section should also provide a concise review of relevant literature.
  • Methods / Approach:
    Describe the methodology in detail, including models, algorithms, theoretical frameworks, or experimental procedures used.
  • Results:
    Present the key findings of the research, supported by figures, tables, and statistical evidence where applicable.
  • Discussion:
    Interpret the results in relation to the research question and existing literature. Highlight any limitations and the broader implications of the findings.
  • Conclusion:
    Summarize the main contributions and propose potential directions for future research.
  • References:
    Provide a complete list of references formatted according to the journal’s template.
Length Limitations
  • Regular articles: Maximum length of 30 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
  • Short communications / Technical notes: Not to exceed 10 pages.
Article Types Accepted
  • Original Research Articles: Full-length articles presenting novel, significant research findings.
  • Review Articles: Critical overviews of recent developments in a specific area, identifying trends, challenges, and future directions.
  • Short Communications / Notes: Brief but complete reports on ongoing research, preliminary results, or novel technical approaches.
Figures and Tables
  • All figures and tables must be cited in the text in sequential order.
  • Figures:
    • Must be numbered (e.g., Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.).
    • Each figure must include a descriptive caption.
    • High-resolution images should be submitted in EPS, PDF, or PNG format.
  • Tables:
    • Must be numbered (e.g., Table 1, Table 2, etc.).
    • Each table must have a title/headline.
    • Complex or lengthy tables should be placed in an Appendix.
After Acceptance

Upon acceptance of the manuscript:

  • Authors will be requested to submit the final LaTeX source files and any associated figures or supplementary materials.
  • The editorial office will typeset the article, and page proofs will be sent to the corresponding author for final review.
  • Authors must review and return the corrected proofs within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in delays in publication.

We strongly encourage authors to use LaTeX from the outset to ensure consistency and efficiency in the production process.
